Retail Background 5 years, Must be passionate about handling all aspects of a retail operation to include staffing schedules, compliance, inventory control, purchasing, theft , compliance, customer trends, maintain sales and cash reports. Expert in POS Flowhub, METRC, IHeartJane, MS Office, QuickBooks, Cannabis Laws & Banking Rules, Responsible for Hire, Train and manage employees, oversea operations related to sales, inventory, compliance. Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age, Must be willing to submit to a background check.
Budtender
Passionate about serving the local cannabis community, Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented person with good communication skills, Resident with a current valid State-issued ID or Driver's License, Provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States. Must have outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions & concerns, product recommendation & assisting customers and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently with 100% accuracy at all times. Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age, Must be willing to submit to a background check.
Security Guard
Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the security of people and property at the dispensary., Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age. and be a Resident with a current valid State-issued ID or Driver's License, Provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States. The dispensary Security Guard will assist visitors at the dispensary as they are the first point of contact upon entering. The dispensary Security Guard will consistently contribute to a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere, Must be capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting and or walking for extended periods of time. The dispensary Security Guard will assist the Manager and dispensary team with all additional tasks as deemed appropriate and within a practical scope. Will check id for 21 of all consumers before they enter the store. Experience: Security: 2 years (Preferred), Must be willing to submit to a background check.
Retail Delivery/Courier
Previous experience as a deliverer/courier is preferred but not required. Previous experience in the marijuana/cannabis industry is preferred but not required. High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required. Per state law, you must be at least 21 years of age. Resident with a current valid State-issued ID or Driver's License. Provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States. Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of retail cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff,Valid Driver's License and clean driving record, Must have flexible schedule in order to accommodate delivery routes, Ability to read maps and use GPS, Familiar with manifest & Metrc a plus.
